In the dynamic landscape of ICA Wholesales, where merchandise negotiations intersected like converging paths, a critical challenge arose: How could the procurement process be streamlined, consolidating over 14 different tools into a seamless solution? The solution emerged—the Negotiations Hub Application—a digital guide steering buyers, suppliers, and internal teams through the intricate maze of procurement. Marianna’s duties: Responsible for the UI choices of a procurement application that consolidated 14 disparate Oracle tools into one solution. Focusing on creating user-friendly and data-rich interfaces that mirrored the manual work done in Excel during goods negotiations.
